We are one of the few bakeries in Adelaide that make bake everything by hand, Producing all types of bakery products including pies pasties, yeast products, Danish pastries, assorted slices, important variety of breads tortes, cheesecakes, pavlovas as healthy as notable occasion cakes. We specialize in German based continental cakes, pastries bread. As well as the customary Aussie affair. Found a quaint trivial shop, flawless for baking and selling our range of German cakes. Now 26 years later and numerous renovations later, calm based in Hindmarsh, but a bigger and better outlet. We are calm as busy as ever making and baking our nice wares that we now wholesale and also supply our 6 outlets which are located in major shopping centers. After completing his schooling, his parents decided that he should follow in his uncles footsteps, and become a baker. There he was a live in baker, where he learn, worked and slept. He then went to Sandman’ in Aachen and did an apprenticeship as a pastry cook till 1962. At the age of 21 he decided to head for Australia, the land of opportunity. Shortly after arriving he got a job as a pastry cook at Favorite cakes’ where he stayed as a live in baker till 1968 when he returned to Germany with his wife to total his Masters Certificate, which would then allow him to train apprentices himself.
