What you should know about Hazels Secondhand Smithfield
We're a family business started by my Mum and Dad in 1958 who started selling secondhand furniture, wire netting, cement, new lino, just basic needs to the new migrants coming from Europe to establish the new city of Elizabeth. We hope that our customers like the new look Hazel's. It takes a while to look around our shop, but its really interesting.
We try to have something to interest everyone. I also travel interstate buying from new wholesalers so that we have a very good selection of new metal wall art and outdoor furniture as well as ornaments, gifts and toys. I Judy, their eldest daughter took over the business 25 years ago and now we have many antiques including china and collectibles. Things have changed since then. (more).
