Personal Training is a results based training system that is programmed and tailored to your individual needs. YMCA Personal Training offers consistency and structure. The YMCA will reward members who take up a personal training membership by offering the lowest cost packed access membership rate. A Fit Teens' membership is a vast way to: Labor out with our exclusive Fit Teen group training sessions. An close and sound environment for people 50 years and over.
